Journey through the corn maze at Benjamin
Farms in Williamston, Michigan.
Cost $6.00. Bring a flashlight.
Super Bowl of Caring
We raised $318 for the Warm the Children Fund for Jackson's low income children.
Thank you for your generous support of this project.
Chili Cook-Off
$1341.00 was raised in ticket sales & raffle tickets. The money will be used to help with expenses for
our trip to the Gathering in New Orleans and Stephen Ministry
to help send more people to the leader training.
Special Bottle & Can Collection
During April and May, we asked for donations to the bottle drive. Thanks to everyone who contributed. We
collected $608.
Garage Sale
May 28 & 29 2009
The senior high youth wish to thank everyone who donated items for the garage sale.
The sale netted around $2500, which will be used with expenses for their trip to the Gathering in
New Orleans.
Fund Raising
The Bottle Drive is still a way the Senior High group uses to raise funds. We collect empty bottles &
cans with deposits. The containers for your bottles & cans are located in the entry way.
 
 
We continued our pattern of serving others, having fellowship and fun and discussing faith and faith-related
issues. We raised money to attend a workcamp and began raising money to attend the next
National Youth Gathering, which will be in New Orleans
in July 2009. We held a luncheon for seniors, participated in the
Crop Walk, decorated our room for the Advent Dinner and
had a Christmas Party.
