The Property Team is responsible for the upkeep of the church building and property.

In 2008, work on the Spiess house continued in preparation for our new intern moving in in June. Approximately 50% of the windows were replaced. Over 90% of the interior was patched & painted. A new tub enclosure system was installed & extensive repairs made to the bathroom walls & ceilings. Temporary repairs were made to the roof & the rain gutter system was repaired & cleaned to eliminate water backing up into the basement. A dehumidifier was purchased & placed in the basement & with the gutter system working properly & the basement dehumidifier pulling moisture from the basement, it appears that the water problems have been mitigated. A grant to replace the roof on the garage was submitted to Thrivent & approved. A mistake occurred so we will submit a new request in 2009. The kitchen stove was replaced with a new unit.
