Natural Church Development at Immanuel

Our Natural Church Development Team is comprised of chair Dave Reimann, Council Liaison: Nancy Hartford, Bob Badertscher, Pastor Erick, Jennifer Timm, and Connie Young. Bruce Belanger from Faith Lutheran Church in Okemos serves as our coach.

In early 2008, we plan to conduct the survey again to assess our progress. The survey results indicated our minimal factor this time is Holistic Small Groups.

Action Plan
We are offering an opportunity that we would like you to consider. A change that we believe will benefit you and also the church as a whole. We are talking about small groups whether it be biblical/spiritual, support/recovery, or ministry/mission. We will be offering training for existing small group leaders and anyone who is interested in starting a small group. There will be temple talks through the month of August.
